Nyssa & John | Stewart Family Farm Wedding | Harrisburg Oregon
Last July we shot a wedding at the Stewart Family Farm and it was one of the coolest weddings I’ve ever been a part of! We had an amazing location, incredible light, a wedding party that was so fun to work with, and families that were full of emotion and super happy for the couple! Yes, exactly, that’s how every wedding should be!
The most amazing part of this wedding day was how Nyssa and John included their daughter in daughter in the ceremony as well as almost everything else! I loved it. And, at the request of one of their close friends I shot ring photos with their daughter holding the rings in her hands. Easy favorites for me! Plus, Nyssa looked so elegant and John looked so classy all day. It was one of those days where photos were just easy and enjoyable the entire day!
This blog post is slightly different than most of our other posts. I chose to include all color images with no black and whites, no alternate tones, and no film tones. For every wedding and portrait session we do, I include color images and everything else is in addition to color. I really like to create black and whites, creamtones, film tones, vintage looks and plenty more. In this case, Nyssa and John still received a lot of extra versions; I just wanted to post simply color for the blog. I thought there was something very congruent and consistent in the color images from that day. My normal blog posts try to showcase a few black and whites as well as quite a few alternate tones. I hope that makes sense enough for everyone!
Our images from this wedding were featured in Eugene Weddings Magazine, check out some shots of the publication at the very bottom of this post.
