Oregon Wedding Photographer | Deep Woods | Rhiannon & Michael
The end of June this year was marked with plenty of rain and damp weather. That can make things slightly tricky for an outdoor ceremony. And for Rhiannon & Michael’s wedding, everything had to move indoors. That’s a great thing about Deep Woods in Elmira, OR; giant cedar lodge building comes with the rental fee and you can move things inside with a day’s notice.
This wedding was one of those rare circumstances where I didn’t get to meet the couple until the day of the ceremony. They found my website, checked out some images, inquired about the date/pricing, and then booked. No meeting, no getting to know each other, just show up and shoot a wedding. Even though that’s not my preference; it’s a huge compliment to my work! Thanks you two!
As for what I learned of the couple within a day’s work: they like to pinky swear (hence the pinky swear ring/hand image), they like the outdoors, they keep it simple, they keep it classy, Michael likes to fish, his dad and brothers like to stop at garage sales, and the bridesmaids were pretty hilarious.
