Kape Kiwanda Natural Area Wedding | Pacific City Oregon | Amy & Steve
Every once in a while, in this job, you get to photograph something that can’t be compared. Don’t get me wrong; every time we photograph a wedding it is so special and no two weddings are the same. But some of them are just so unique they leave us with this feeling of nostalgia before we even leave the event. Amy and Steve’s wedding was something of that nature.
The couple traveled to Oregon from Colorado for this unique destination wedding on the Oregon Coast. They chose Pacific City and got a special permit to host the ceremony in the Cape Kiwanda Natural Area. Some of the cool stuff I wanted to mention is: sunset beach photos in Lincoln City, many of the shots in the blog post are by Rachel but I’ll take credit, reception at Chinook Winds, and something I loved was how this wedding was about two families joining together. I could probably ramble on for days but I know nobody is reading this and everyone just wants to see some pictures, so…
