Eugene Oregon Wedding | Beacon House | Kodie & Brad

First of all, you need to know that I am a big Oregon Ducks sports fan. And, when it comes to football I hate to miss a game. DVr becomes one of my best friends during college football season since we pretty much have weddings booked for every gameday. Ggggrrrr!

I felt right at home the second I met Kodie & Brad, which happened to be on the wedding day! They are a great couple and they were determined to have as much fun as possible on their wedding day. That’s great to hear, because I’m not too into stress and craziness when it comes to weddings! They should be fun, relaxed, light-hearted, emotional, and captivating; not stressful or out of control. And best of all, the bride and groom (and most of the wedding party) was DVr-ing the UO vs LSU game. The officiant even made a formal announcement to make sure that nobody would talk about the score or the game so that everybody could watch it later. Amazing! That’s my kind of gameday wedding.

UO earrings for the girls, an old school Oregon tattoo on the back of the bride’s neck, UO pins on tuxedos, a hilarious bridal party, some great family, and plenty of perfect moments to boot! And yes, I just said “to boot” and that is not very characteristic of me. Oh well, here’s to Kodie & Brad! And, a super long blog post to make up for a little bit of wait time on the photos.
