For the past few years I’ve been working with the University of Oregon under contract for photography services. I’ve had the opportunity to photograph some really amazing people doing revolutionary work in their industries. This year, I was hired to shoot a series of portraits and headshots for an in-house magazine publication. It’s been amazing to have really clear, simple guidelines for each session! Also, needing only a few images per shoot, I was able to setup and compose simple shots with clean aesthetics that fit the layouts and designs for each spread. Dream job.

Here are some of the portraits thus far. All of these people fit into at least one of the following categories:
1.) famous person
2.) future famous person
3.) staff, professor, or scholar at UO or another university
4.) student kicking a-words and taking names

And, to answer your question before you have a chance to even ask it, yes, that dog is Spanky Davis the Wonder Chug.
