Event Photography | Ekklesia Eugene Easter Gathering

I was asked to photograph the Easter gathering at Ekklesia Eugene last weekend and of course said yes! This church is awesome and getting to shoot some photos was such a blessing to me, hopefully to Ekklesia as well!

I was asked to capture environment as well as people and details. My goal was to be able feel like you were there just from seeing the photos. I wanted to document all of the details and try my best to tell a story through the images. From documenting all of the hard work that so many people put into this gathering, to the great quality worship music, to the decor, to the atmosphere, etc. Editorial photojournalism, with a modern aesthetic.
