Oh man, this was a good one! I had the huge honor of getting to photograph this Abbey Road Farm wedding for Emma & Taylor at Abbey Road Farm in Carlton, OR and it was simply amazing. These two planned their wedding all the way from New York City and came over for the event brining an insane amount of guests who were willing to travel. And what a day it was!

We had sun, clouds, rain, lightning, a full band for the reception, Blue Star Donuts, friends singing during the ceremony, some great speeches; literally everything you could ask for in a celebration. Keith (my 2nd photographer for this one) and I were able to get some great photos throughout the day and it helped that Emma and Taylor hired us for a long day so we could really cover everything that day start to finish. Thank you so much to these amazing vendors for making our job easier. We can shoot photos of whatever you present on your wedding day but when couples and vendors go above and beyond to make everything the absolute best it can be, that makes our job as photographers shine even more. Photos of flowers are great, but photos of great flowers are even better; right?! When we have a lot to work with and the time to get a variety of photos in each situation, that’s when the photography gets so much better. Make sure you’re hiring great vendors for your wedding and giving the photographer ample time to get all the shots needed with room to spare. Because of all these factors, Emma and Taylor received almost 1300 photos from their Abbey Road Farm wedding, that’s bonkers.
