Call To Action – I Need Your Help (Pretty Please)

As most of the world already knows, I recently had one of my engagement photos go absolutely bonkers online. First of all, thanks to all of you who have started to follow my work because of this image! This image has gone viral beyond anything I would have thought possible. People are calling it the “best engagement photo of all time”, people are crazy too though! Anyway, the photo has easily spread beyond what I can control. I’ve registered the image with the federal copyright office and I have been receiving advice from the legal team at the Professional Photographers of America (yes, I’m a PPA member, whew!). Now, I’m in the process of trying to make sure that anywhere the image has been used also includes a photographer credit with a link to my website. I obviously can’t do this on my own! Most websites and companies are happy to oblige, I mean they’re getting to use a massively popular image for free. But, here’s where you come in. Please contact the sites that don’t have a photographer credit and a link to my website listed. Please inform me too! Hopefully if some of us work together we can get some credit back to JRP for this image and make sure that nobody has to face litigation in a federal court for illegal image use… Cheers ya’ll!
